Regenerative Care Built Around You
The SYLF™ Method is the approach we have developed to make regenerative medicine personal. It brings together decades of clinical experience, advanced regenerative technologies, and individualized protocols to help patients recover, preserve function, and pursue what comes next.
It starts with a simple principle: We do not begin with a treatment. We begin with you.
The Method moves through four connected phases: Teaching, Technology, Treatment, and Takeoff. Each phase informs the next, creating a cycle of care that can continue as your goals and needs evolve.

Why SYLF™?
SYLF™ is pronounced “self.” The Y is intentional.
You.
Your own tissue.
Your own biology.
Your own regenerative capacity.
That idea sits at the center of our approach. Rather than treating regenerative medicine as a collection of procedures, we look at the individual, the biology, and the larger trajectory of care.
Teaching: Understanding the Whole Person
Good care begins with understanding.
At SYLF™, patients are supported by a physician-led team with decades of collective clinical experience. We believe teams win. Bringing multiple perspectives together allows us to consider more than one symptom, one procedure, or one moment in time.
The goal is a more balanced view of recovery and performance. How do you feel? How are you functioning? How are you thinking, recovering, and moving through your life?
Teaching is also about helping patients understand the options in front of them. That clarity creates a stronger foundation for every decision that follows.
Technology: Building a Deeper Clinical Toolkit
For more than a decade, we have traveled the world studying regenerative technologies and approaches that may offer meaningful clinical value.
That work has contributed to a growing portfolio of protocols and technologies we call the Clinical Superpowers™ intelligence stack.
We do not believe one technology belongs in every plan. Stem cells may be an important part of care for some patients, including using a patient’s own cells where appropriate. Other patients may benefit from a different combination of tools.
Technology is not for novelty. It is to give our physicians more ways to build a thoughtful plan around the individual.
Treatment: Making Complex Care Feel Simple
Once a plan is established, the focus shifts to the treatment experience itself.
Regenerative care can involve complex decisions, technologies, and protocols. The patient’s experience should not feel complicated because of them.
Our team works to make each stage clear, coordinated, and comfortable. Patients know what is happening, why it is part of their plan, and what comes next.
That experience matters. Patients often return to SYLF™ because the team makes difficult medicine feel manageable without minimizing its significance.
Takeoff: Reclaiming Authorship
Takeoff is the reason the SYLF™ Method exists.
The goal is not simply to complete a treatment. It is to help patients pursue greater command over what comes next in their lives.
For some, that means returning to activities they value. For others, it may mean protecting function, supporting longevity, improving performance, or simply feeling more capable of participating fully in their own future.
We think of that as reclaiming authorship.
And Takeoff is not necessarily the end of the Method. As needs change, patients can move through the cycle again with continued teaching, additional technologies when appropriate, another carefully managed treatment experience, and a renewed focus on what comes next.
Your Future Care Lies Within You
The SYLF™ Method is built to move with you, not stop at one procedure.
Teaching creates understanding. Technology expands the possibilities. Treatment puts the plan into motion. Takeoff returns the focus where it belongs: on your life and your ability to keep moving forward.
Then, when the time is right, the cycle can begin again.
